The ExcellMater project has been presented at the Twinning Project Days held online on March 24-25, 2021, organized by the Elicsir project. The meeting was directed by Prof. Goran Ristić, Faculty of Electronic Engineering, University of Niš, the coordinator of the Elicsir project (http://elicsir-project.eu/index.php) and included presentations of 18 ongoing twinning projects. The special attention was given to experiences and obstacles in project execution and management and, especially, on the effects of Covid 19 pandemic. Prof. Bojana Obradović has presented the rationale and aims of the ExcellMater project followed by a brief summary of ongoing activities. The participants concluded that the event was very useful for exchanging experiences and especially advices on managing challenges imposed by the current pandemic situation. Thus, a productive basis for future collaboration and exchanges among the twinning projects was established.
