Collaboration between the Laboratory for Biomedical Engineering at the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy, University of Belgrade, and the company Colloid LLC. from Belgrade, received support from the Innovation Fund of the Republic of Serbia, through an Innovation Voucher worth approx. 6.700 €.
The goal of this project is to develop technology for obtaining improved gauzes for wound treatment. Advanced gauzes will be suitable for further functionalization, which will create the opportunity for development of domestic products comprising innovative and multifunctional dressings for treatments of chronic and infected wounds.
Duration of the project is six months.
